Loon Mountain Leatherworks was started in June 2003 by Barbara Waits and
Paul Sawyer as a way to express their creativity in leather. Barbara brings a background in art design and fashion as well as over thirty years professional sewing. Paul adds a practical knowledge of construction as well as many years of sewing, making specialty items for his outdoor pursuits. The Commons is very excited to feature The Eastporter , a signature edition of Loon Mountain Leatherworks.
